Every agent,
every host,
one view.
Archipelago consolidates every coding agent, every host and every provider subscription into a single resident panel — with no account to create and nothing leaving your network.

Context
Development is distributed. Its monitoring is not.
A single engineer now runs several agents concurrently, across more than one machine, against more than one metered subscription. Each agent reports only inside its own window, on its own host, and none of them signals completion, failure or a request for input outside it.
The cost is not compute. It is supervision overhead — the repeated manual checks, and the interval between a session halting and the operator noticing. Archipelago removes both by presenting the full estate in one place.
Session visibility
Every session, on one line.
A compact indicator reports the number of active sessions. Expanding it lists each one: the agent, the task, the host, the project and its elapsed time. The panel can be pinned or repositioned. Sessions are removed on completion, so the list reflects current state rather than accumulating history.
Running
Progressing normally. No action required.
Waiting on you
Halted pending an answer. The highest-cost state, and the one most often missed.
Finished
Complete, and awaiting review.
Blocked
Unable to proceed — exhausted quota, rejected credential, missing permission.
Unknown
Listed but unresponsive. Reported as a fault rather than left blank.
Native integration, no instrumentation
Archipelago reads each agent from the store it already maintains. Nothing is installed into the agents, no wrapper process is required, and there is no plugin to be invalidated by an agent release.
Claude Code
Local sessions, read directly from disk.
Codex
The desktop application and the CLI.
OpenCode
Its session store, opened read-only.
Hermes
Local, and remote over a persistent SSH connection.
Antigravity
The desktop catalogue, addressed by exact identifier.
Warp
Terminal tabs, in their on-screen order.
Admission control. Freeze suspends the admission of new sessions while continuing to track those already listed; scanning resumes on an explicit action. The setting persists across restarts.
Attention routing
Notifications that resolve to a location.
An alert that reports only that something requires attention still leaves the operator to locate it. Archipelago renders its own notifications adjacent to the indicator, and selecting one navigates directly to the originating tab or conversation — resolved by exact identifier rather than by matching window titles.
Win + Alt + A
Advance to the next session requiring attention. Repeated invocation cycles through the queue.
Win + Alt + Shift + A
The full session menu, rendered natively and operable entirely from the keyboard.
Bounded notification volume
A maximum of three notifications are displayed concurrently and are cleared automatically. System notification channels are not used.
No synthesised input
Archipelago directs the operator to the session. It does not act on their behalf, and issues no synthetic keyboard or mouse events.
Capacity
Remaining quota, and continuity when a plan is exhausted.
Each subscription is reported as remaining capacity rather than consumption to date. Claude, GPT and Codex, GLM, Kimi and Antigravity are supported directly, alongside a generic JSON definition for any provider exposing a quota endpoint — so adding a provider does not require a new release.
Continuity across your own subscriptions
Where a provider refuses a turn for quota, Archipelago can resume it on another of your own subscriptions, in a configured order, on the same thread. Restricted to one service, or across providers and models, according to client configuration.
Strict replay protection
Requests are fingerprinted and ambiguous retries are refused rather than inferred. Prompts are never rewritten. The relay is per-session and bound to loopback.
Host resources alongside sessions
Processor and memory pressure per host, presented with the agents running on it, since the former frequently explains the latter.
Remote estate
Remote hosts are tracked over one persistent SSH connection each, with the probe delivered over the wire. No software is installed on the target host.
Archipelago operates against subscriptions you already hold, on your own hardware, under your own credentials. It does not resell capacity, share accounts between users, or route work through a third party.
Guarantees
It observes. Nothing leaves.
Archipelago reads the state your agents already keep, and that is the whole of its access. It does not act on your behalf, it does not require an account, and it reports nothing to anyone.
Read-only access
Archipelago reads the agents’ own stores. It never writes to them, and issues no synthetic input.

Pricing
$9.90 per user, per year.
A 30-day evaluation, then an annual licence at less than a tenth of one month of the least expensive subscription it monitors. Per user, across every machine they operate. There is no reduced tier: the product is licensed complete.
The licence is a signed file carrying its own expiry date, verified locally. A renewed licence is issued on each payment and delivered by email. The application performs no activation call and no entitlement check, which is what allows it to operate offline, behind a firewall and without an account.

Corporate licensing and deployment.
Team size, the agents in use, the number of hosts, and any network restrictions applying to them. That is normally sufficient for a specific response and an accurate quotation.
